After the 21st-century Indian foreign policy needed to be changed. Due to the collapse of the cold war and the increasingly global world order, US had become a huge power. In 2019 after the rise of the BJP again Dr Jaishankar was posted as external affairs minister of India. In 2020 DR S Jaishankar crossed many more milestones. He tackled the Ukraine war allegations against India reasonably and efficiently.
