The company did not call it a new-age weapon, but the flame throwing robot can be used in forest fire control, agricultural management, entertainment and snow removal.

This 37 pound quadruped machine was sold for Rs 7 lakh 85 thousand, which is legal in all American states except Maryland. A demonstration video shows a Thermonator crawling and jumping through a forest, then spewing a 30-foot flame from a flame thrower mounted on its back, setting the surrounding environment on fire.

Throwflame, based in Cleveland, claims to be the oldest flamethrower manufacturer in the US. The company released the first full-size, commercially available flamethrower in 2015, which shoots flames up to 50 feet. ThrowFlame shared on its website that this irregular flamethrower has generated a significant media reaction regarding legality. Anyone can purchase this product without background checks or waiting periods.

Thermionator appears to be designed like most quadrupedal robots, but with a throw-flame device attached to its back. The robot dog is equipped with a variety of cameras and sensors, enabling it to move around autonomously and find targets to fire at.
