Milind Lakkad, the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, recently said that the TCS values ​​can be taught to employees the TCS way only by working together in the office. He said, “We believe that employees need to come to the office so that the new workforce can integrate with the larger workforce of the company. We are asking people to come to the office all days of the week.” He had told that people believe that being in office is better. Milind had said, “About 70 percent of our employees have started coming to office.”

TCS says that it will fulfill all the recruitment offers given by it. However, joining of new employees may be delayed due to business needs. Earlier, many other software companies like Infosys had also asked their employees to come to office.
