Milind Lakkad, the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, recently said that the TCS values ​​can be taught to employees the TCS way only by working together in the office. He said, “We believe that employees need to come to the office so that the new workforce can integrate with the larger workforce of the company. We are asking people to come to the office all days of the week.” He had told that people believe that being in office is better.
