Amit Shah will also e-inaugurate 15 newly constructed buildings in eight different campuses of CRPF. Police-administrative officials were busy throughout the day in preparations for his visit.

Addressing the program, Home Minister Amit Shah said that today is a very important day. Three years ago, we had decided that before December 2023, we will plant five crore trees and take care of them till they become trees. At the time when the target of planting 50,000,000 saplings was set, people used to ask how it would be achieved, but today I am confident that we will achieve the target very soon. This Central Armed Security Force supported the people of the country in every crisis from yesterday till Corona, showed the spirit of standing by.

Along with this, he said that today is the birthday of Paramveer Chakra winner Lt. Col. AB Tarapore. Martyr Tarapore has made supreme sacrifice not only to protect the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has just done the work of keeping an island in Andaman and Nicobar alive in people’s memory by naming it after Shaheed Tarapore.
