The name of the company is- Pang Dong Lai whose founder and chairman is Yu Donglai. He has announced unhappy leaves for his employees. According to the report, employees who are feeling very unhappy will now be able to apply for 10 days leave. These ‘unhappy leaves’ are in addition to the 20 to 40 days of annual leave and weekoffs already offered to employees.

According to the report, Yu Donglai said that there comes a day in everyone’s life when he is not happy. So if you’re not happy, don’t come to work… Management cannot reject such leave. On the announcement of Unhappy Leaves, Donglai says that we do not want to become big. We want our employees to have a healthy and comfortable life.

A survey was conducted in China in 2021, in which more than 65 percent of the employees there said that they were tired or unhappy in the office.
