Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a public meeting in Panchkula, Haryana on Wednesday, claimed that he understands the system very well because he was born in this system. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has questioned this claim of Rahul Gandhi and surrounded the Congress leader. Sarma raised many such questions in a post shared on social media, which have not been answered till date. Sarma also demanded the formation of a judicial commission to investigate these incidents.

Actually, Rahul Gandhi had said during the public meeting that ‘I have been in this system since the time I was born. I understand the system of the country from within. You can’t hide anything from me about how this whole system works, how it helps people and how it protects and attacks. I know everything because I come from within the system. When my grandmother was the Prime Minister, my father was the PM and when Manmohan Singh was the PM, I used to go to the Prime Minister’s residence often, so I know how this system works.

Himanta Biswa Sarma demanded investigation
Reacting to this clip of Rahul Gandhi’s speech, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma shared a post on social media. In this post, Himanta Sarma made a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi. Sarma wrote: Yesterday Rahul Gandhi said how he knows the secrets of this system, so I want to remind him of some things about which we are still waiting to know.
1. Former Railway Minister Lalit Mishra had differences with Indira Gandhi and died in a bomb blast under mysterious circumstances. Who was behind this bomb blast?
2. Former Bihar CM KB Sahay, who abolished the zamindari system, also had differences with Indira Gandhi and then he too died mysteriously in a road accident. Why was his death not investigated?
3. Who called from Delhi to save Warren Anderson?
4. Where is the money looted from Bofors and other such deals and where is it kept hidden?
5. On whose advice did former PM Manmohan Singh give clean chit to Pakistan in Sharm el Sheikh?
Himanta Sarma wrote that this list is very long and the best way to investigate it is to form a judicial commission to investigate all these secrets which have harmed the national interests.
