New Delhi. Former fast bowler of Pakistan cricket team Wasim Akram is in the news these days. He felt cheated after getting his cat’s haircut in Australia. The Pakistani giant had to pay so much money for this work that one can buy an iPhone. During the ODI series played between Australia and Pakistan, Wasim Akram told that if he spent the money to get his cat’s hair cut, he would have bought 200 cats.

Wasim Akram has shared a strange incident that happened to him in Australia. He spent about 1000 Australian dollars to get his cat’s hair cut. According to Indian money, it becomes approximately Rs 56,000, whereas according to Pakistan money, it becomes 1 lakh 85 thousand Pakistani rupees. An iPhone can be purchased in this amount. Wasim Akram is currently in Australia and is commentating the ODI series.

Akram mentioned this incident during the live commentary in the match between Pakistan and Australia, which his fellow commentators were surprised to hear. Akram said, “Yesterday I got my cat’s hair cut. I had to pay 1000 Australian dollars for this. They had to anesthetize the cat, then handle it and then feed it. I told him that with this money in Pakistan, the hair of about 200 cats could be cut.”

Showing the bill for getting the cat’s hair cut, Akram said he was charged 105 Australian dollars for the medical check-up, 305 Australian dollars for anesthesia and 40 Australian dollars for the haircut. Apart from this, 120 Australian dollars were also charged extra for post-procedure care and 251 Australian dollars for cardio test.
