Wayne had shared a video on TikTok, in which it was told that his Xiaomi SU7 EV It stopped after traveling only 39 kilometers and he had to tow the car back to the delivery center. He reportedly said that he had purchased the standard model of SU7. However, the user was interested in an exchange rather than a return.

The report further states that the user also shared screenshots of his interaction with the after-sale service on social media, in which the user was demanding another SU7 in exchange for a return from the service centre. However, the service center later required the user to take the car back to the factory for further analysis. He also clarified that it was not possible to repair the car immediately. The user was told that the car would be returned to him after a detailed investigation, which would take some time.
