Where a foreign woman came to India with her eleven year old daughter for love. The name of the foreign woman is Naina Kala Paudel and her eleven year old daughter’s name is Eunice Biswa. Both of them are residents of America. Actually, Naina Kala Paudel met an Indian citizen Neema Tamang on Facebook. Within no time they fell in love with each other on Facebook. Both of them could not bear the separation from each other and both of them decided to marry each other. After this, Naina along with her daughter reached New Delhi from New York, USA on 19 March 2024 by air to marry Neema Tamang.
After staying here for two days, she reached Bagdogra from New Delhi on 21 March 2024. Then she reached Neema Tamang’s house at Bhatpara Tea Garden, Kalchini. After this, he married Neema Tamang on 13 April 2024 at Grace Valley Church, Bhatpara. Where Neema Tamang made a fake Aadhaar card of Naina Kala Paudel and her daughter Eunice Biswa by paying ten thousand rupees from a shop in Hamiltonganj of Alipurduar district. After this, on April 21, 2024, for the purpose of honeymoon, he went to Nepal through Panitanki New Bridge through fake Aadhaar card.
After celebrating honeymoon, all three of them were returning to India on Tuesday, 7th May. Meanwhile, Panitanki BIT personnel of 41st Corps of SSB deployed on Panitanki border caught American mother-daughter Naina Kala Paudel (40) and Eunice Biswa (11). Indian citizen Neema Tamang (33) was also arrested.
Police started taking further action
Naina Kala Paudel and Younis Biswa are said to be residents of America. He also has a five-year Indian visa valid till 2029. At the same time, the visa of his daughter Eunice Biswa is valid till March 20, 2025. Let us tell you that Neema Tamang is said to be a resident of Nayaline, Bhatpara Tea Garden, Kalchini area of Alipurduar district.
After taking necessary action, SSB handed over the American mother, daughter and Neema Tamang to Kharibari police. On Wednesday, the police presented the American mother, daughter and Indian citizen in Siliguri court on a five-day police remand application. The police has started taking further action in the case.
