Noida police team took major action on Sunday in the case of GST fraud of more than 15 thousand crore rupees. Police has arrested a woman billionaire involved in the fraud from Coimbatore. So far, many billionaire businessmen have been arrested in the case.
According to the information, more than 40 accused have been arrested in this case so far. Gangster action has also been taken against 33 accused. Earlier, the police had arrested three billionaire businessmen. There was a reward of Rs 25,000 on all three. All three businessmen were absconding for the last nine months. On April 10, businessman Tushar Gupta, resident of Tilak Nagar, Delhi, was arrested from his office.
Noida Police had exposed the GST fraud going on across the country in the year 2023. DCP Crime Shakti Mohan Awasthi had told that crorepati businessman Tushar has a metal and packaging business in Delhi and other cities. A case was registered in Kotwali Sector 20 in this matter. Tushar has also been arrested by the GST team earlier. He got bail after being in jail for two months.
