While arranging the marriage of son and daughter, the in-laws fell in love so much that both of them eloped

Wasim Ahmed/Aligarh: A strange case has come to light in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh where the in-laws and in-laws eloped before their son’s wedding. A man who had come to Kasganj to fix his son’s wedding fell in love with his in-law. While visiting the in-laws’ house, the two started talking and after a few days, both disappeared. When the family came to know about this, they were shocked. At present, the girl’s father has filed a case against the boy’s father in the Ganjdundwara police station, accusing him of kidnapping.

The case is from Ganj Dundwara area where a month ago two families had fixed the marriage of their son and daughter. The girl’s father told that his daughter’s marriage was fixed with the son of accused Shakeel. After the marriage was fixed, his wife and the accused started talking to each other while coming and going to the house and before the marriage of the children, the accused kidnapped his wife and took her somewhere. The girl’s mother has 7 children while the accused Shakeel is the father of 10 children.

Giving information, CO Patiyali Vijay Rana of Kasganj district said in this regard that on June 8, Mr. Pappu, a resident of village Sujawal Pur of Thana Ganj Dundwara, informed that his wife is missing since June 3. In this case, a missing report was immediately registered at Thana Ganj Dundwara. Pappu again submitted an application on July 11, 2024, in which he accused Shakeel etc., resident of Ganeshpur, of kidnapping his wife. In this regard, a case has been registered under relevant sections as per the rules. Investigation is underway. Legal action will be taken soon.
