Delhi-NCR felt cold throughout the day on Tuesday as the mercury dropped amidst rain and cold air. This was the coldest day of this season. Till 8.30 am on Tuesday, 5.4 mm of rain was recorded. At the same time, due to cold wind blowing from northern directions throughout the day, the day temperature fell seven degrees below normal. Due to light cold wind at a speed of about eight kilometers per hour, the maximum temperature was recorded at 26.2 degrees Celsius for the first time this season.
