After Vivo X200 series, the Chinese smartphone maker is now preparing to launch new phones in its S series. Vivo S20 series can be introduced in the market soon. Vivo S20 and Vivo S20 Pro models are likely to be launched in it. Speculations have intensified that the launch of the smartphone series can be seen at the end of this month. Specifications have not been disclosed by the company, but the benchmark listing has revealed the processor of Vivo S20.

The model number of the phone is V2429A. It has scored 1222 points in single core test on Geekbench while it has scored 3417 points in multi core test. The chipset is listed with a main core clocked at 2.63GHz. While the middle 3 cores are listed with 2.40GHz. The remaining 4 cores are listed with 1.8GHz.

Based on the mentioned features, it can be estimated that Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset can be found in Vivo S20 phone. Up to 16GB RAM can be seen in the phone. It is going to come with the latest Android 15 operating system. The base model of the phone may come with 8GB RAM as suggested by the 3C certification and TENAA listing. Up to 1TB storage can be seen in it.

Talking about other leaked specifications of Vivo S20, the phone can get a 6.67 inch 1.5K AMOLED display. It may come with a 50MP main sensor at the rear.
