Report According to many mechanics, Ola service centers receive a lot of customer complaints and they face problems in dealing with them. A person named Mohammad Nadeem had purchased a two-wheeler from Ola only last month. This person is a mechanic by profession. Within a few days the scooter started having problems. He brought the scooter back to the showroom for service but was not satisfied.
According to the police, the man reached the showroom with the scooter several times but did not get satisfactory services. On the day of the incident, the unhappy man had also brought petrol with him, and he set fire to six two-wheelers in the showroom. However, there is no news of any person being injured in the incident. Reuters could not confirm what exactly was the problem with the vehicle. Police estimate that the showroom suffered a loss of around Rs 8,50,000. According to Ola website, Ola has 431 service centers across India.
