Many reactions are coming from all over the world regarding the war between Hamas and Israel. On October 7, Hamas fired five thousand rockets at Israel from Gaza, after which a fierce war started between the two. Hamas is being continuously attacked by Israel. Hamas bases in Gaza are being destroyed.
Meanwhile, former US President Barack Obama has strongly condemned the Israel-Hamas war. He said, this struggle is centuries old, which is coming to the fore now. Speaking on this issue, he blamed social media for increasing the divide. Criticizing the Israel-Hamas war, he said, I am concerned about the deaths of many innocent people. We not only condemned the attack on Israel by Hamas on October 7, but also underlined the suffering of civilians in Palestine.
In his interview, Barack Obama said, what Hamas did was appalling and there is no justification for it. It is also true that what is happening to the Palestinians is unbearable. Barack Obama provided detailed analysis on the Israel–Hamas war. He said, even people are dying right now who have nothing to do with Hamas. Obama strongly urged his former colleagues to accept the whole truth and called for support when it comes to the Israel-Hamas war. So striking a balance is important.
Netanyahu had said that there is no question of ceasefire
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently made it clear that Israel will not agree to a ceasefire, which is similar to the position of the United States after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He said the call for a ceasefire between Israel and Gaza is a call for Israel to surrender to Hamas.
Let us tell you that the conflict in Gaza escalated after the October 7 attack by Hamas, where about 2,500 terrorists crossed the border from the Gaza Strip into Israel, causing casualties and taking people hostage. More than 9,488 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7. More than 1,400 people were killed in the Hamas attack on Israel.
