US Restaurant Human Finger Incident: A strange case has come to light in Connecticut (New York), America. A salad served at a restaurant in Connecticut turned into a nightmare for a customer. It so happened that when a salad was served to a female customer named Allison Koji from Greenwich, a part of the man’s finger came out in that salad. After this case, victim Allison Koji filed a lawsuit against the restaurant.
In the allegations made on her behalf, the victim informed that she had purchased salad from Chopt in Mount Kisco, New York during the month of April this year (2023). According to the allegations made in the case, the woman said that while eating the salad, she realized that she was chewing a part of the man’s finger along with the salad. After this allegation, the Westchester County Health Department started investigating the alleged incident.

According to reports, the piece of human finger belonged to the restaurant manager. Case documents state that a manager of the restaurant was cutting rocket leaves (a type of green vegetable). At that very moment, a part of the index finger of his left hand was accidentally cut off. After this, the same portion was mixed in salad and served to the woman. It was also said in the lawsuit that the manager had to go to the doctor after his finger was cut. According to the Westchester County Health Department, the restaurant was fined $900 after a lawsuit was filed on behalf of the woman. In the allegations made in the lawsuit, Kozi said that he suffered a shock due to eating the finger salad. He has complained of pain in his neck and shoulders.

In 2016, a pregnant woman from California claimed that she found bloody fingers in a salad at an Applebee’s restaurant in Paso Robles. In 2012, a Michigan teen said he found a finger when he cut into his Arby’s roast beef sandwich – which also contained pork. In 2010, a Florida woman reported finding a human finger in a fried chicken green salad. The severed head was found, after which he sued IHOP.
