UP News: New dates have been announced for the police recruitment exam that was cancelled in February in Uttar Pradesh. This exam will be held on five different dates next month. Board chairman Rajiv Krishna has completed preparations to crack down on cheating in the UP police recruitment exams. 

UP Police Recruitment Board Chairman Rajeev Krishna said that this time there is a plan to stop all the leakages. Due to which the police recruitment paper was leaked last time. Those people who have been involved in activities like paper leak and cheating will be kept under surveillance. At the same time, great care will be taken in the selection of examination centers, only those participants who were there last time will appear in the examination this time."text-align: justify;">He said that if anyone is still caught in paper leak or cheating, action will be taken under the new law, which has been passed recently. Under this, a provision has been made for a fine of Rs 1 crore and life imprisonment.

At the same time, Rajiv Krishna told that it has been decided to conduct the written examination for direct recruitment-2023 for 60244 posts of UP Police on 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 August. This recruitment examination held in February this year was canceled due to various complaints. This examination was held on 17 and 18 February in which about 48 lakh candidates took the test.

Around five lakh candidates will appear for the exam in each shift

A spokesperson of the state government said that as per the schedule, the examination will be held in two shifts on the scheduled dates in August and about five lakh candidates will appear in the examination in each shift. He said that free bus service of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation will be provided to the candidates appearing in the examination.
