up lok sabha elections 2024 Yadav and Jatav voters may support BJP Candidate Thakur Vishwadeep Singh from Firozabad seat ann

UP Lok Sabha Elections 2024: At present the effect of caste equation is quite visible on Firozabad Lok Sabha seat. If we talk about the voters of Yadav and Jatav community, then BJP is keeping its eye on it. Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Chaudhary Bashir does not seem to have a strong hold on Jatav and other Dalit voters in this election.

This can also be said because a large number of people from Jatav community joined BJP in a public meeting of BJP 2 days ago. Importantly, it was also seen that Rakesh Babu, who was a two-time MLA from BSP from Tundla Assembly, has now joined BJP in this election. So somewhere the reason seems to be the conversion of votes of Bahujan Samaj Party to BJP.

Will Yadav voters support BJP on Firozabad seat?

Talking about Yadav voters, this time BJP is not holding back in making a dent in it too, because Hariom Yadav, former MLA of Samajwadi Party and close friend of Mulayam Singh Yadav, who is now in BJP, is also the candidate of Samajwadi Party this time. Akshay has used all his strength to defeat Yadav. This time also he will try his best to get a section of Yadav voters to vote for BJP. It is also certain that Hariom Yadav has a good influence among the Yadav voters. In this way, it is believed that due to caste data, BJP has also become very strong at the last time of elections.

Voting will be held on May 7

BJP has placed its bet on Thakur Vishwadeep Singh from Firozabad seat while SP has given ticket to Akshay Yadav on this seat. Whereas BSP has made Chaudhary Bashir its candidate. Voting on Firozabad seat is to be held in the third phase on May 7.

Who has how many votes?

There is no official figure in the caste equation. All political parties keep citing the number of voters in their society in their favor. As an estimate, the total voters are as follows.

  • 4 lakh Yadav voters (backward caste)
  • 2 lakh 30 thousand Dalit community (Jatav and other Dalits)
  • 1 lakh 70 thousand Thakur
  • 1 lakh 75 thousand Brahmins
  • 2 lakh 30 thousand Muslims
  • 3 lakh 20 thousand Lodhe/Nishad/Kashyap, (Backward)
  • 1 lakh 70 thousand Vaishya Samaj voters
  • 75 thousand Baghel community (backward)
  • 75 thousand Rathore community (backward)

There are 10,10,075 male voters in the district, 8,77,624 female voters and 93 third gender voters. The total voters in the district are 18,87,792.

The way this caste data is prepared, it seems that Samajwadi Party will not be able to win the elections only from the empty Muslim and Yadav voters. Therefore, this election may also be in favor of BJP. Therefore, Samajwadi Party should not consider its victory easy.
