EVMs of two constituencies of Hathras Lok Sabha have been kept in Aligarh, whose counting will also be done in Aligarh on June 4. Overall, five EVM machines of Aligarh assembly and two EVM machines of Hathras assembly are kept in Dhanipur Mandi, regarding which Samajwadi Party and Congress officials claim that it is BJP which can get anything done. This is the reason why they are being monitored through CCTV cameras. The officials of the alliance of Congress and Samajwadi Party are seen continuously guarding the place by working in two shifts day and night.
SP-Congress workers engaged in monitoring EVM site
The EVM machines are being monitored by them through CCTV cameras. Also, the EVM rooms are inspected from inside and outside twice a day and the locks of the rooms in which the EVMs are kept are checked. Also, the four walls of the rooms where the EVM machines are kept are regularly checked every day from all sides by the officials of Samajwadi Party and Congress, on the one hand, after the elections, there is a delay of one month in the counting of votes. The amount is still outstanding, but Congress-SP workers are keeping a tight vigil.
What do the coalition guards say?
When Congress Youth State General Secretary Gaurang Dev Chauhan was talked to, he told that it is BJP. It can do anything. BJP strengthened its candidates in other states and forcibly installed its candidates and itself won the elections unopposed. Claims of Chaudhary Bijendra Singh’s victory in Aligarh are being made on his behalf, but this is BJP, it can do anything. To prevent all these things, security is being maintained here and EVM machines are being properly monitored through CCTV cameras.
