There may be a delay of one month in the process of conducting a written examination again in six months for direct recruitment to 60,244 posts of constable civil police. Kanwar Yatra and floods are creating obstacles in the way of UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board which is busy in preparing to conduct the examination. According to the officials, the examination will be conducted after the Yatra ends and the flood situation becomes normal, after which the candidates may have to wait till September.

Let us tell you that the written exam for constable recruitment was held in the month of February, whose paper was leaked and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had ordered to conduct the exam again in six months. The board officials were busy in the process of conducting the exam in the month of August as per the order of the Chief Minister, however, due to the transport system being affected in many districts of western UP due to the Kanwar Yatra and the flood situation in more than two dozen districts of the state, it may get delayed now.
Let us tell you that the recruitment board has almost completed the task of selecting the examination centers. The written examination for constable recruitment will be conducted according to the rules made by the state government recently, so that there is no possibility of any irregularities.
