SP has released the list
Let it be known that by-elections are to be held on 10 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh. SP has released the list of six candidates for the by-election. In this, PDA has been given preference. All parties have intensified preparations for the 10 assembly seats on which by-elections will be held. The reason behind SP not declaring four more seats is said to be its alliance with Congress. But Congress has demanded five seats in the by-elections.

It is noteworthy that the Election Commission has not announced the dates of by-elections to be held on 10 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh. Of the 10 vacant seats, five Sisamau, Katehari, Karhal, Milkipur and Kundarki were with SP. At the same time, Phulpur, Ghaziabad, Majhwan and Khair were with BJP and Meerapur seat was now with BJP’s ally Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD).
