Police has filed the fourth supplementary chargesheet in the Umesh Pal murder case. Mafia Atiq Ahmed’s sons Umar and Ali have also been made accused in this chargesheet. The involvement of both of them came to light during the police investigation in the murder case. Many accused had said in their statements that Ali and Umar, who are in jail, were aware of the Umesh Pal murder case and had met the perpetrators of the murder. After this, it was being feared that the police could file a chargesheet against both of them.
Let us tell you that in the Umesh Pal murder case, the statement of Atiq Ahmed’s elder son Umar was recorded by the police. Dhoomanganj police went to Lucknow jail and interrogated him and recorded his statement. The police has also recorded the statement of his younger brother Ali who is lodged in Naini jail.
