Saamana Editorial Today: After receiving a rebuke from the Supreme Court, Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar has been attacked through the Saamana editorial. It has been written in Saamana that the government in Maharashtra is being run in a homosexual manner. The Supreme Court has not approved such marriages. Disobeying the Supreme Court is not only arbitrary but also a sign of mental imbalance.

Uddhav’s Shiv Sena attacked openly
It has been said in Saamana that saving the government of dishonest people is not like protecting the Constitution but like betraying the country. To run the country, Modi and Shah must have created an independent personal law for them, and the Narvekar Tribunal is using this law. It is further written in the editorial that in the last 9 years, the sovereignty of the Parliament has remained in name only. Whatever Modi and Shah say is sovereignty.

Let us tell you that, while hearing the case of disqualification of Shiv Sena MLAs, the Supreme Court has adopted a tough stance. The court has fixed October 30 for the hearing of this case. Along with this, the court has given the last opportunity to the Speaker of the Assembly to tell the actual time limit for hearing the disqualification petitions.

made these allegations
Uddhav’s Shiv Sena says that it is surprising that Assembly Speaker Narvekar said that it is my duty to maintain the sovereignty of the legislature. The Supreme Court has assigned the role of ‘tribunal’ to the Assembly Speaker in the case of ineligibility of Maharashtra MLAs. The Speaker is in the role of arbitrator and he is adopting the policy of passing time in taking decisions related to the hearing. The Supreme Court may have expressed its displeasure over this ‘time pass’ web series of the Speaker, but the Speaker continues to rattle off that he will respect the court. I will take a decision at the right time and the legislature is sovereign.

Attack on Rahul Narvekar
Taking aim at Rahul Narvekar, Shiv Sena (UBT) said, Ed. Narvekar says that I am a person who believes in the Constitution. But looking at his behavior in the last few days, it seems that he has nothing to do with the Constitution. According to the Tenth Schedule of the Constitution, 40 MLAs who broke away from Shiv Sena are becoming ineligible and despite such clear instructions being given by the Supreme Court, Ed. Narvekar is not ready to accept the Constitution. Not obeying the Supreme Court is not only arbitrary but also a sign of mental imbalance. Saving the government of dishonest people is not protecting the Constitution, but betrayal of the country.

Apart from not understanding the law, the Narvekar Tribunal is behaving like a Jihadi. To run the country, Modi-Shah must have created an independent ‘personal law’ for them and the Narvekar Tribunal is using this same ‘personal law’. The Speaker of the Assembly does not belong to any party, he is sovereign. Then why does the Narvekar Tribunal keep going to Delhi again and again and meeting BJP leaders?

In Maharashtra, the Assembly Speaker is not only not fulfilling the responsibility of the ‘Tribunal’ appointed by the Supreme Court, but is also giving protection to the government of thieves by creating another political disturbance. This is not sovereignty of the Legislature but is a kind of disrespect! The Supreme Court has reprimanded him, but despite this, this gentleman is not giving up his arrogance, this is a wrong signal.
