Arvind Kejriwal on bail: Rouse Avenue Court has granted bail in a case related to money laundering in Delhi’s excise policy case. The court has granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. The question is when will Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal come out of jail.
In fact, the written order of granting bail will be uploaded on the website tomorrow i.e. on Friday and the bail bond will be filled in front of the duty judge tomorrow itself. After that, the lower court’s order will go to Tihar Jail. Kejriwal’s release will be ensured from there.
It is believed that tomorrow itself ED will challenge this order in Delhi High Court. Along with filing an application to cancel the bail, it will demand an early hearing.
