This door was built in 1907. He further said that many things have been written about this door in the book ‘Hyderabad ke Mohalla’.

Lal Darwaza and Maa Durga Temple
Dr. Ajmal Ali Khan further says that the land donated enhances the Ganga Jamuni culture. A temple of Maa Durga has been built there and the Red Gate was also constructed.

Local resident Javed, who is an auto driver, tells Local 18 that this door has been broken long ago and only one wall is left. Doctor Ajmal says that it hurts a lot when history gets erased. The government should do something about this.
