This is natural because the African team failed to win the T20 World Cup trophy after coming very close to it. At one point, South Africa needed 26 runs from just 24 balls. Batsmen like Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller were present on the field. Still, the African team could not win.
While the players of Team India are seen enjoying the victory with their families, the South African players are also seen in the shadow of grief with their families in the pictures coming out on social media. David Miller was caught on camera crying in his wife’s arms. A picture also came out in which Rishabh Pant was seen consoling South Africa’s opening batsman Quinton de Kock.
