Afghan team captain Rashid Khan called Gulbadin Naib to bowl at number 8 and this experienced player destroyed the batting order of the Kangaroo team.

Then Mohammad Nabi took one wicket. Fazal Haq Farooqi, Noor Ahmed, Azmatullah Omarzai, Nangeyalia Kharote, and Rashid Khan had bowled. The 8th bowler Gulbadin Naib entered in the 10th over. This experienced bowler changed the match by taking 4 wickets for just 20 runs in 4 overs.
Top form batsman Marcus Stoinis, who was batting on 11 runs, was caught behind the wicket by Gulbadin. After this, Tim David was sent back by LBW. Gulbadin also took the wicket of Glenn Maxwell, who had scored a fifty while taking Australia out of trouble, but he got caught by Noor Ahmed on 59 runs. This great batsman took his fourth wicket by clean bowling Pat Cummins and by this time the match had gone out of Australia’s hands.
