With captain Ruturaj Gaikwad’s unbeaten century and a brilliant partnership of 104 runs in 46 balls for the fourth wicket with Shivam Dubey, Chennai had scored a big score of 210 runs for 4 wickets but LSG scored 213 runs for 4 wickets in 19.3 overs. Rituraj said after the match, ‘It is difficult to digest this defeat. Lucknow made a good comeback in the end. This match was in our control till the 13th over but credit has to be given to Stoinis. Dew played a big role in this defeat. Due to this we could not use spinners. But this is part of the game and you cannot control these things.
