The first theft case registered in Agra under three new criminal laws came into effect from today ann

Agra News: Three new laws have come into force across the country from today i.e. Monday (1 July), under which cases will be filed for crimes. Under the law implemented today, the first case was registered in Shamshabad police station of Agra. In today’s incident, the first case has been filed in Shamshabad police station as per the new law.

An incident happened with a beer shop owner in Thana Shamshabad area, in which a case has been registered. The case has been registered under new criminal sections of the new law. A man lives with his wife and children in Thana Shamshabad area, but these days his wife has gone to her maternal home, due to which the man was alone at home. Taking advantage of this, three or four unknown thieves entered the house through the roof and committed the theft.

The first case under the new law was registered in Agra

Unknown thieves stole money and silver jewellery kept in the house and fled. When the victim reported the theft to the police, a case was registered under new sections in Shamshabad police station. A case was registered under sections 305(a) and 331(4) of the BNS in Shamshabad police station. This is the first case registered in Agra under the new sections of the Indian Penal Code. From today, the new sections of the new law have been effectively implemented and now cases will be registered under the new sections in criminal cases.

Case filed under new sections in Shamshabad police station

The first case registered under BNS in Agra has been registered in Thana Shamshabad, under which the police filed a case under new sections. Because the new sections have come into force from today. A case has been registered in Thana Shamshabad under sections 305(a) and 331(4). During this, ACP Fatehabad Girish Kumar said that today a case was registered in Thana Shamshabad under new criminal sections of the new law.
