It is going to make milk products without milk. The name of this company is Savor and it has made a butter-like fat, which tastes like butter, but has nothing to do with milk.
Butter made from air and water
According to the Oddity Central website, California-based startup Savor has created butter by mixing only carbon dioxide and hydrogen. Butter is made of carbon and hydrogen atoms. In such a situation, the company prepared it through a thermochemical process, which can provide a dairy-free solution for milk products. In this process, neither any greenhouse gas is released, nor farmland is used and it uses one-thousandth of the water of traditional farming. It has been claimed that there is no difference in the taste of butter made in this way and real butter.
Bill Gates invested money
Company founder Kathleen Alexander says that this product will be available in the market by 2025. Microsoft founder Bill Gates has written about it in his blog and said that it is exactly like real butter. Carbon dioxide has been taken from the air and hydrogen from water. It has been oxidized by heating and fatty acids have been separated from it to make fat. Now the biggest challenge regarding this is that the price of the product should be such that it can reach the common people. The company is also engaged in making milk, cheese and ice cream through it.
