UP ATS on Wednesday arrested terrorist Faizan Bakhteyar of Aligarh module of ISIS from Aligarh. There was a reward of Rs 25 thousand on him.
By taking oath of ISIS, he was preparing Aligarh module and connecting more people with it. ATS has so far arrested eight terrorists associated with this module and one has surrendered in the court.

Faizan Bakhteyar (24) along with all his associates was planning to carry out an anti-national incident. ATS was looking for him for many days. Aligarh module is spread in many districts of the state.
