Team India Victory Parade: Team India, which returned after winning the T20 World Cup 2024, was given a grand welcome first in Delhi and then in Mumbai on Thursday. The Indian cricketers who reached Mumbai after meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a road show in Mumbai, in which lakhs of people participated. It seemed as if the whole of Mumbai had drowned in the sea of cricket. The cricketers reached Wankhede Stadium from Nariman Point in an open bus.
The Indian cricket team was felicitated at the Wankhede stadium. The entire stadium was jam packed during this time. Team India took a round of the ground with the trophy. During this time the song Maa Tujhe Salaam was playing in the stadium. The entire team was singing it together while taking a round of the ground.
