His mother Purnima Sharma hails from Visakhapatnam (Rohit Sharma Family). Initially, the financial condition of his house was very bad. Being born in a Telugu family, Rohit Sharma’s mother tongue is Telugu. He was born in Nagpur but when he was one and a half years old, his family shifted to Dombivali, a suburb of Mumbai.
