For this, you will get a Mudra loan of 90 percent i.e. Rs 1.30 lakh, so you will have to invest only Rs 15 thousand from your side. You will have to buy defibration machine, core morning machine, soft touch sealing machine, napkin core dye, UV treat unit and with their installation, you will get these machines for about Rs 70 thousand. You will have to take wood pulp, top layer, back layer, release paper, gum, packing cover as raw material. The report says that one month’s raw material will cost about Rs 36 thousand.
What will be the production cost?
According to the report, if 300 days of work is done in a year, then 54000 packets will be produced, the cost of which will be as follows. Rs 4.32 lakh on raw material, Rs 84 thousand on salary, Rs 27 thousand on administrative expenses, Rs 8 thousand on depreciation, Rs 800 on insurance, Rs 4 thousand on repair maintenance, Rs 18 thousand on interest on capital, Rs 16200 on selling expenses, i.e. the total expenditure will be Rs 5.90 lakh.

Know how much you will earn?
The report estimates that if you sell a packet of sanitary napkins at the wholesale market for Rs 13, then you will be able to make a total sale of about Rs 7.02 lakh. In such a situation, if your total sale is Rs 7.02 lakh, then your profit will be about Rs 1.08 thousand, which can increase further if the expenditure on machinery is reduced next year.
