SP national general secretary and MLC Swami Prasad Maurya said that Ayodhya Ram temple was welcomed on the same day the Supreme Court gave its verdict. The way BJP is politicizing Lord Ram Lalla, who is worshiped by crores of people, is not right. The people of BJP made Ram Lalla’s life consecration program a program of Bharatiya Janata Party. It has nothing to do with any other political parties. Swami Prasad Maurya said these things on Wednesday in the tribute meeting of former minister Parasnath Maurya at Kashiram Inter College, Bhagautipur Shitala Chowkiyan.
Said this regarding invitation to life consecration ceremony
He said that the list of names of people identified by BJP is first sent to the temple trust and then the president and other officials of the trust invite only those whom BJP wants. On the question of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav receiving the invitation, he said that when this entire event is of BJP then why would the leaders of other parties go to it. In this program, crores of traditional devotees were stopped to see who would come on January 22.
By deciding the names of people of BJP and Trust, it is clear that this program is not even for the devotees, it is not a program for those who believe in Lord Ram and also for the general public. On leave on January 22, he said that what the BJP government does and what it does not do is their decision. He welcomed the construction of the temple earlier also and continues to do so even today.
