Saudi’s line project far from reality
Actually, under Saudi’s The Line project, a 170 kilometer long and 200 meter wide city is to be built. Analysts were also expressing doubts about this project for a long time. According to Bloomberg’s report, a former employee of this project said that this city is far away from reality. A Bloomberg investigation in 2022 found that this project is surrounded by many failures. The government did not announce the budget for NEOM city in the budget of the year 2024.
Neom city will be equipped with modern facilities
According to the project, the 170 kilometer long and 200 meter wide Neom city would have been covered with a glass wall. This city had every luxury facility that a person could think of. The 15 lakh people living here were to be served with the help of robots and artificial intelligence. By the year 2030, 15 lakh people were to be settled in this city, but now a plan is being prepared to settle only 3 lakh people in it. Also, the length of Neom city has been reduced to just 2.4 kilometers.
