Samsung Launches Galaxy Book 4 Edge with Snapdragon X Plus 8-Core Chipset, 15 Inch Display

South Korean electronics company Samsung has launched the new Galaxy Book 4 Edge. It has a 15-inch display and octa-core Snapdragon X Plus CPU for Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. Selected Galaxy AI features have been provided in this laptop. It has 16 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage. Earlier, Galaxy Book 4 Edge was introduced in 14 inch and 16 inch displays.

This laptop The price information of the new 15-inch variant has not been given. It will be sold in America, France, Britain, Germany, Italy, South Korea and Spain from October 10. It is available in Sapphire Blue color only. It has support for AI features like Windows Studio Effects and Live Captions. Samsung Has not confirmed the launch of this laptop in India. It may soon be brought to some other markets.

This laptop has a 15.6-inch full HD (1,080×1,920 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 16:9, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and a peak brightness level of 300 nits. It is powered by the newly launched Snapdragon X Plus 8-core CPU and Qualcomm Hexagon NPU. This laptop has 16 GB RAM and storage options of 256 GB and 512 GB. This Copilot+ laptop has Windows 11 Home. It comes with AI features like Cocreator, Live Captions and Windows Studio Effects. The Cocreator feature allows images to be created from text prompts. Windows Studio Effects automatically improves lighting during video calls.

For connectivity, the new Galaxy Book 4 Edge has been provided with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 2 USB Type-C ports, a USB Type-A port and an HDMI port, microSD port and a security chip. This laptop has dual microphones and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. Its 61.2 Wh battery supports 65 W fast charging. It can provide up to 26 hours of video playback time on a single charge. The size of this laptop is 356.6 x 229.7 x 15 mm and its weight is about 1.5 kg.
