Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to Launch Soon, Could Get 200 Megapixel Primary Camera

South Korean smartphone maker Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra may be launched soon. Some information about its specifications has been received from online leaks. It can be given Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 as a processor. Its quad rear camera unit can have a 200-megapixel primary camera.

Tipster Sawyer Galox (@Sawyergalox) has revealed in a post on social media platform X that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have UFS 4.1 storage with a data transfer rate of 8 GB per second. This will be a slight upgrade from the UFS 4.0 flash storage of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is not known whether the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 + will also have UFS 4.1 storage. This year Samsung has provided UFS 24 storage in all smartphones except the 128 GB variants of the Galaxy S4.0 series.

Galaxy S25 Ultra can have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB and 1 TB storage options. The quad rear camera unit of this smartphone can have a 200-megapixel primary camera. Apart from this, a 50-megapixel camera with 5x optical zoom, a 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera can be given. Samsung’s Galaxy S24 Ultra, launched earlier this year, was priced at Rs 1,29,999 for the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant.
