Haji Iqbal is absconding in the case of rape, assault and conspiracy registered in the women’s police station. The court has issued attachment notices against him in the case of gang rape. The court has ordered the proclamation of attachment against former MLC Haji Iqbal. The women’s police station and Mirzapur police station pasted notices at Haji Iqbal’s residence in Mirzapur.
Court has 30 Day Of Gave Time
MPMLA Court Judge Mohit Sharma issued an order of attachment against Haji Iqbal, in which Haji Iqbal has been given time to appear in the court within 30 days. If he does not appear in the court within 30 days, attachment action will be taken against Haji Iqbal.
