Sukhoi Superjet has been a victim of accident before
The Russian-made Superjet 100 is also known as SSJ-100. This aircraft was launched for passenger service in 2011. Russian officials considered this aircraft a major achievement for the civil aviation industry, but the safety record of this aircraft has been very poor. In May 2012, the same aircraft was also a victim of an accident in Indonesia, in which 45 people lost their lives.
