Rohit Sharma’s record of 1 T20 World Cup, impossible for Virat Kohli to break, Bangladeshi stalwart lagging behind

New Delhi. Fans are eagerly waiting for the ICC T20 World Cup. The Indian cricket team has also been announced for this. The command of Team India has been given in the hands of Rohit Sharma. The selectors have also included experienced batsman Virat Kohli, who is in top form, in the team. This is considered to be the last T20 World Cup of captain Rohit Sharma and Virat. There is a record during this tournament which no one has been able to break till now, it belongs to no one else but Rohit Sharma.

The Indian team had made it to the ICC ODI World Cup final played last year. The team, which was one step away from winning the title, had to face defeat from Australia. India is considered a contender to win the ICC T20 World Cup. Veterans are confident that with the captaincy of Rohit Sharma and the experience of Virat Kohli, India can accomplish this feat again after 2007.

Difficult to break Rohit’s record
Although many records have been made in the ICC T20 World Cup, there is one such record which is almost impossible to break. The captain of Team India has played in all the World Cups since the first edition of this tournament. Rohit Sharma has a record of playing a total of 39 matches in the T20 World Cup so far, which will go further this time. At second place is the name of former Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan, who played 36 matches.

Apart from this, the names of Sri Lanka’s Tillakaratne Dilshan, West Indies’ Dwayne Bravo, Pakistan’s Shahid Afriid, Shoaib Malik, India’s great captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, West Indies’ Chris Gayle come in the list. All of them have said goodbye to international cricket. Virat Kohli has played only 27 matches, which means that even after playing all the matches of this year, he will not be able to reach Rohit Sharma’s record.
