Jayant Chaudhary News: In Uttar Pradesh, the Rashtriya Lok Dal Lok Sabha Elections Although the party won both the seats allotted to it, the alliance of RLD-BJP did not help the BJP as much as was expected. Elections were held on 16 seats in the first two phases in western Uttar Pradesh, but the alliance of BJP and Rashtriya Lok Dal was able to win only 9 seats, out of which two seats were of Rashtriya Lok Dal and 7 seats were of BJP.
The NDA alliance was hoping that both the parties together would do much better in the elections, but the results were not as expected. After the election results, the Rashtriya Lok Dal can now make many organizational changes after review. Apart from Western Uttar Pradesh, the Rashtriya Lok Dal now wants to strengthen its hold in Bundelkhand and Purvanchal as well.
NDA did not benefit from coming together with RLD!
The state president of Rashtriya Lok Dal comes from Purvanchal. This time Rashtriya Lok Dal had also demanded Deoria seat of Purvanchal in its account but it could not get this seat. After the result of the 2024 elections, the NDA alliance has also made Jayant Chaudhary a minister at the Center, respecting the coalition Dharma, but now the responsibility of Rashtriya Lok Dal has increased further.
Preparations begin for assembly elections
For the 2027 assembly elections, the Rashtriya Lok Dal is making a strategy to strengthen its organization in the West as well as Bundelkhand and Purvanchal. Next month in July, the Rashtriya Lok Dal is going to start the work of expanding its organization by holding meetings across the state.
Change possible in RLD
If sources of RLD are to be believed, preparations are underway in the party to appoint leaders from state level to national level as in-charge of regions and districts. These in-charges will continuously visit different regions and districts and work to strengthen the organization. Review meetings are also to be held in the month of July. After this, action can also be taken against those leaders whose inactivity has come to light and Leaders whose hard work has paid off may also receive gifts. Overall, large-scale changes are possible in the organization.
