Palamu. Shahid Raza, a student of 11th standard of Government High School Patan, Palamu has made an amazing gadget with the help of school teachers. You will be surprised to know its features. This 15-year-old student has made such glasses which will prove effective in reducing road accidents. People are praising it a lot. The student got this idea after the car of Indian cricket team’s star batsman-wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant met with an accident.
Shahid has used frame, IR sensor, RD nano, buzzer, switch and battery in making these glasses. It has been named electronic glasses. It is called electronic glasses because it runs on electricity. A 3.7 volt battery has been used in it.
The specialty of these glasses is that they will not let you sleep. We mean they will not let you sleep while driving. It is often seen that people fall asleep while driving. This gadget starts making noise as soon as you close your eyes. This will prevent you from falling asleep and you can drive safely.
Shahid said that after the accident with Rishabh Pant, he got inspired that falling asleep while driving can lead to a big accident. Many people lose their lives. Rishabh Pant had a car accident due to falling asleep while driving. Due to which he was seriously injured. After this incident, I have made this device. Which can run for 3 days on a single charge. Let us tell you that Pant’s health is fine now and he is slowly recovering.
After putting the glasses on and turning them on, the sensor installed in it will start sensing the retina and if the eyes are closed then the alarm installed in the glasses will start ringing.
