Bharatpur News Today: Heavy rains are falling in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. During this time, due to continuous inflow of water from Panchana Dam and Bandh Baretha Dam of Karauli district, the situation has worsened at many places. Flood-like conditions have arisen in the rural areas.

Due to this, it has become difficult for people to leave their homes. Due to flood like conditions, some villagers are also migrating from the village. Earlier, such a flood had occurred in Bharatpur 28 years ago. Due to continuous rain, the rivers and streams are overflowing.

Such a flood occurred in the year 1996
There was a flood in Bharatpur district in the year 1996. After this, such heavy rains are being seen now. This year, due to heavy rains and continuous inflow of water, the biggest dam of the district, Aajan, has overflowed.

Water was released from Ajan Dam into Keoladeo National Park. Now water has overflowed in Keoladeo National Park as well, after which water is now being released towards Uttar Pradesh.

The people of the village migrated
The people of Kaprauli village located near Ajan Dam have had to migrate due to water. The condition of many villages is so bad that water is filled all around and the villagers have lost contact with other villages. The Kharif crop of the farmers has been completely destroyed due to the flood.

This natural disaster has increased the concern of the farmers about the Rabi crop. Due to heavy rains and water being released from the dams, the fields are filled with water. Due to this, the farmers are doubtful about whether the Rabi crop which is to start after a few days will be able to be produced.

Alert issued in 20 villages
Due to the continuous inflow of water from Panchana Dam and Bandh Baretha Dam, an alert has been issued in 20 villages of Bayana Rupwas subdivision of Bharatpur district. The administration is appealing to the people here not to go to the areas with waterlogging and water flow.

After heavy rains, Ajan Dam which was dry for many years, has also overflowed today. After water came in Ajan Dam, it has become a picnic spot for the local people. Youth from villages and cities are coming to bathe in the water and enjoy.

Villagers told their problems
Villagers living in the villages around Ajan Dam said that due to heavy inflow of water, there are flood like conditions, due to which the situation here is getting worse. Several feet of water is filled inside and outside the village.

According to the villagers, the Kharif crop has been ruined due to the flood. There is doubt about whether the Rabi crop that is to be grown in the coming time will be able to be grown or not.
