Raigad Pharmaceutical Factory Explosion: A massive fire broke out in a pharmaceutical factory in MIDC in Mahad area of Raigarh district of Maharashtra on Friday. The cause of the fire is being said to be an explosion. At least 5 people are injured in this accident and 11 others are stranded. According to the latest update, the NDRF team has recovered three bodies. An official of Mahad MIDC police station said that there was a loud explosion around 11.00 am and then a plume of smoke was seen rising from the factory premises of Bluejet Healthcare Limited.
At least four fire engines and police teams reached the spot to control the fire and at least five injured victims were pulled out. 11 laborers were trapped in this blast. After 7 hours of tireless efforts, the fire was brought under control, but when there was no trace of the 11 people trapped inside, the NDRF team was called last night.

NDRF recovered dead bodies late night
It is being told that the NDRF team started the search operation of the plant where the explosion took place at 11:30 pm. Search operation is going on. Of the 11 missing people, 4 bodies have been recovered. The search for the remaining missing people is ongoing.
