PM Modi Congratulates Donald Trump: Prime Minister on Donald Trump’s historic victory in America’s presidential election Narendra Modi Has congratulated him. Congratulating Trump on his return to the White House, Prime Minister Modi said that he is excited to take the relations between the two countries to new heights. There was a phone conversation between the two leaders on Wednesday (November 6) in which Prime Minister Modi expressed his desire to cooperate on common strategic goals.

According to news agency ANI, Trump welcomed this initiative of PM Modi, calling India a “wonderful country” and Prime Minister Modi a “wonderful leader”. Along with this, Trump described India as an important ally. Trump also said that after his election victory, PM Modi was one of the first global leaders with whom he spoke. He said, “The whole world loves Prime Minister Modi.”
“Ready for friendship and partnership” – PM Modi’s message
Prime Minister Modi also congratulated Trump in a separate post, addressing him as “friend”. He wrote, “Hearty congratulations to my friend Donald Trump on his historic victory. Building on the successes of the last term, we are ready to take the India-US comprehensive global and strategic partnership to new heights.”
He also added, “Together we will work to promote the well-being of our people and global peace, stability and prosperity.”
Trump expressed gratitude to the American people
Donald Trump, who became President for the second time by crossing 270 Electoral College votes in the US presidential election, while addressing his supporters in Florida, called it an “extraordinary honor”. On this occasion, 78-year-old Trump also expressed hope about the possibilities of national unity. “I have the extraordinary honor of being elected as your 47th and 45th President,” he said, calling it the beginning of a new era of reconciliation in the country.
