PM Modi in Brazil: After completing his first visit to Nigeria, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Brazil on Monday (November 18). Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the G-20 summit here. PM Modi will attend the 19th G20 Leaders’ Summit to be held in Brazil on November 18 and 19 in the second leg of his three-nation visit.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi got a warm welcome in Brazil. People of the Indian community in Brazil gathered outside a hotel to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
PM Modi said this on social media
After reaching Brazil, PM Modi wrote on social media, “I have reached Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to participate in the G20 summit. I hope that the summit will be a meaningful interaction with various world leaders.”
The Ministry of External Affairs also said in a post on social media, “PM Modi has reached the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro to participate in the G20 Brazil summit.” During this, he also shared pictures of PM Modi’s welcome at the airport.
PM Modi will participate in the G20 summit
PM Modi will participate in the 19th G20 summit in Brazil as a member of the Troika. India is part of the G20 troika along with Brazil and South Africa. And is actively contributing to the ongoing G20 summit discussions.
PM Modi will present India’s stand on various issues of global importance in this summit. During the G20 summit, the Prime Minister is expected to meet several leaders.
PM Modi called Nigeria’s visit meaningful
Prime Minister before this Narendra Modi Left for Brazil from Nigeria on Sunday evening to participate in the G20 summit. He described his visit to the West African country as “meaningful”. Apart from this, Nigerian President Bola Tinubu honored Prime Minister Modi with Nigeria’s highest honour, ‘The Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger’ (GCON).
