Pandit Pradeep Mishra is organizing a grand Guru Purnima festival at Kubereshwar Dham this year as he does every year. Along with this, an 11 km long Kanwar Yatra will also be taken out. Pandit Pradeep Mishra organized a press conference at Kubereshwar Dham to give information about the event.

In a press conference regarding the upcoming grand event at Kubereshwar Dham, international storyteller Pandit Pradeep Mishra, while meeting electronic and print media and other journalists from across the state, said that like every year, this year too Guru Purnima festival will be celebrated with great faith and enthusiasm in the month of July. Apart from this, a grand Kavad Yatra will be organized in the month of August, in which a large number of devotees will be present.

Katha will be held from 14th to 20th July
Bhagwat Bhushan Pandit Shri Mishra while talking to the press said that on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, like every year, this year also a seven-day Shiv Mahapuran will be organized at Kubereshwar Dham. The story will continue from July 14 to July 20 and after this, on July 21, an event will be organized to give initiation to the devotees coming here, apart from this, information was given about the Kanwar Yatra on August 17.

Kanwar Yatra will be taken out with grandeur
Pandit Pradeep Mishra informed that apart from more than half a dozen villagers, thousands of devotees will participate in the grand yatra. The entire urban and rural area will be drenched in saffron colour with more than a hundred drums, Lord Shankar’s Damru and DJ etc. Pandit Pradeep Mishra himself will participate in the Kanwar Yatra.

A grand Jalabhishek of Lord Shiva will be performed
In the yatra, devotees wearing saffron clothes will carry the Kanwar on their shoulders. With the slogan of Bol Bam, the Kanwariyas will reach the banks of the city’s life-giving Sewan river and will reach the under-construction Murli Manohar and Kubereshwar Mahadev temple located at Chitavlia Hema near the district headquarters via the main roads of the city in the morning. The grand Kanwar Yatra of more than 11 kilometers will be welcomed with enthusiasm in rural and urban areas. During the Kanwar Yatra, a grand Jalabhishek of Lord Shiva will be done.
