Pakistan on Indian Missiles: India’s ever-increasing defensive capabilities are being developed. India has proved its mettle in the world with its indigenously manufactured weapons. Missiles manufactured in India are also given great importance in the world. Currently, India has several indigenously made Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs), which can target many parts of Asia and Europe.
Recently, Professor Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, a defense expert at the School of Politics and International Relations of Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, has made a big claim regarding this. He has said that India is working on developing a new missile system ‘Surya’, an ICBM, which can also target many western countries like America and Britain.
how much will this be ,Surya, missile range
Professor Jaspal told World Eco News that the range of this Surya ICBM can be 10,000 to 12,000 kilometers, which clearly means that India’s missile capability can now reach America. He also said that the development of such missiles should be a cause of concern not for Pakistan, but for America, Europe and Russia. Because India already has many missiles available which can target any part of Pakistan.
What did India say about Surya missile
At the same time, India’s Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has completely denied working on any such ‘Surya ICBM’ project. DRDO officials have already clarified that India’s focus is on increasing its defensive capability, which is only in accordance with strategic requirements. However, there is no mention of any new Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM).
India currently has Many missiles are present
India currently has the most advanced missile, Agni-V, whose range is about 5,500 to 6,000 kilometers. Due to this range, Agni-V has the capability to target entire Asia and many parts of Europe. The Agni-V project has been developed keeping in mind the enhancement of India’s defense capability and especially its strategic preparations against China.
