Pakistan Faisalabad Muslims open threat to build Gurdwara after 76 year called Sikhs murderers of Muslims

Faisalabad Gurdwara: The Punjab government of Pakistan has given permission to reopen the Gurudwara in Faisalabad which was closed for 76 years, after which the Muslims of the area are furious. The Muslims of Faisalabad have openly threatened that a Gurudwara will never be allowed to be built in this city. A video of a local leader of Faisalabad is going viral regarding this issue, in which he is seen openly threatening. A leader named Amin Butt has called Sikhs killers of Muslims, and also said that if a Gurudwara opens in Faisalabad, it will be demolished.

Amin Butt said that I came to know three days after Eid that permission has been given to open a Gurudwara in Faisalabad, this is sheer injustice to Muslims. Butt said that we have appealed to the administration of Faisalabad, the Chief Minister of the state and the Prime Minister of the country not to do any such thing here. We will not allow a Gurudwara to be built in Faisalabad. During this, threatening, Amin Butt said that if the administration tries to show power, then the public will fight them.

Butt called Sikhs rapists
During this time, Amin Butt spewed venom against the Sikhs and tried to incite the Muslims. Calling the Sikhs killers and rapists of Muslims, Butt said, ‘When Pakistan was formed, these Sikhs did a lot of atrocities against our mothers, sisters and Muslims.’ Apart from this, Butt also accused the Sikhs of demolishing the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya and building a temple at that place. Butt asked, ‘Why should we let the government build a Gurudwara? We will not let it build it at all, we will have to risk our lives to build this Gurudwara.

There are only 200 Sikhs in Faisalabad
Actually, the city of Faisalabad was once known as Lyallpur, this city had a large population of Sikhs. At present, only 200 Sikhs are left at this place. This Sikh community has been struggling to regain its historic Gurudwara ‘Guru Singh Sabha’ for a long time. Built in the year 1911, this Gurudwara has been known as the Sikh heritage and Aadhaarsila of the region, but after the partition of the country in the year 1947, this Gurudwara was taken away from the Sikhs and a model high school was opened at the same place.
